Darcie Doan is a senior specialist in trade and climate with the Economic Law and Policy program.
Darcie worked for the federal government of Canada for many years, including with the Privy Council Office, Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, and Finance Canada. Darcie is also a private consultant providing expert analysis and strategy development in support of sustainable food systems.
Darcie holds a Bachelor of Science from McGill University and a master’s degree in international affairs from the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs at Carleton University.
Darcie is based in Ottawa and speaks English and French.
